STM Group produces 1 million pcs of both knit and woven garments per month with the assortment of infant to adult in men and women. Company is equipped with 12 garments assembly lines, a unique fabric mill, Embroidery and Printing factory, Carton factory, Poly bag industry, Label factory, Chemical formulation etc.

For knits, we are equipped with 12 lines with sewing machines like Juki, Pegasus etc, with cutting and finishing facilities with a monthly capacity of 1 million pcs. For denim, which is our recently developed concern, is equipped with 7 lines, with cutting, finishing and washing facilities with a capacity of 50,000 pcs of garment/month.

PRINTING & PACKAGING

STM Printing and Packaging Industry Ltd the printing and embroidery unit of STM Group. It was established in 2015 with a vision to be a leading printing factory in Bangladesh with modern equipment & technique. STM Printing and Packaging Industry Ltd is committed to meet and exceed local and international regulations as well as industry standards set by national and international organizations. It is equipped with state of the art machinery and uses the best printing and embroidery techniques. Carton, Poly, Cone, Sewing Thread, Back Board, Hang Tag, Price Ticket, Label, Gum Tapes, Elastic etc are few of its product line up.

WASHING

Denim itself is an art! And to get along with this process of art manufacturing comes the washing. There are two types, dry and wet process. Dry process is as much an art as it is a technique to create character of denims upon type of customer. STM International Garment's Ltd. is a concern of STM Group, is the denim division including washing, thus it has well equipment for any sorts of denim process, dry or wet. Scrapping, sponging, tacking, whiskers, chevrons, grinding, bleach, blasting etc are the types done with the supervision of highly experienced technicians with through understanding about fashion aesthetics of different buyers.
